Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy is incorporated into and governed by the HeroMD Terms of Service. By purchasing a Product or Service through HeroMD, you agree to the terms of this policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales of prescription products through HeroMD are final.

Once a prescription has been approved by a licensed healthcare provider, dispensed by our partner pharmacy, or shipped — whichever occurs first — it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.

This policy is consistent with FDA regulations and applicable U.S. consumer safety law governing compounded prescription medications, which prohibit the return or reuse of dispensed prescription drugs.

Telehealth Consultations

Completed telehealth consultations and provider reviews are non-refundable, including consultations where a prescription was not issued.

Payment for a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All prescribing decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent professional judgment.

Shipping and Fulfillment Charges

Shipping and fulfillment charges are non-refundable once an order has been transmitted to the pharmacy.

Subscription Renewals

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.

If a subscription renewal is processed because a cancellation request was not submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled renewal date, and the prescription has already been dispensed or the order has already entered fulfillment, HeroMD will not issue a refund for that renewal period.

Exceptions

If you believe any of the following apply to your order, contact Customer Support at support@heromd.us and the matter will be reviewed:

You were charged after submitting a timely cancellation request that was confirmed by HeroMD
You were charged in error
You received a damaged or incorrect product

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
