HeroMD products contain PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies. Do not take if you use nitrate medications for chest pain or heart conditions. Do not take if a doctor has told you to avoid sexual activity due to cardiovascular risk. Common side effects may include headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Seek emergency medical care if you experience chest pain, sudden vision loss, sudden hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
