RETURN-POLICY

At HeroMD, your health and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Due to the nature of our physician-prescribed compounded medications and federal health regulations, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

No Returns on Prescription Medications

HeroMD cannot accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once an order has been processed and shipped by our FDA-registered compounding pharmacy. This policy is in place to:

  • Ensure the safety and integrity of all medications

  • Comply with federal and state pharmaceutical regulations

  • Protect the health of all patients by preventing distribution of potentially compromised products


Once a prescription medication leaves our pharmacy, it cannot be resold or re-dispensed to another patient under any circumstances.

Subscription Management

All HeroMD subscriptions operate on a recurring billing cycle at your chosen interval (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the then-current standard price, including product cost, physician consultation fees (first order only), shipping, and applicable taxes.

Cancellations & Changes:

  • You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at try.heromd.us or by contacting our support team at support@heromd.us

  • To avoid your next charge, submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date

  • We will provide at least 3 days' notice prior to any changes in standard pricing


Product Concerns or Dissatisfaction

While we cannot accept returns, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any of the following:

  • Side effects or adverse reactions

  • Product does not meet your expectations

  • Concerns about dosage or treatment effectiveness

  • Damaged or incorrect shipment.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or after submitting a timely cancellation request, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge with:

  • Your account email address

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • Detailed description of the issue

We will investigate all billing concerns promptly and work to resolve them fairly.

FDA-Registered Compounding Pharmacy

All HeroMD medications are compounded in our FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy and are dispensed only after physician review and approval. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prepared to meet individual patient needs when commercially available options are not suitable.
